Hosted Buyers Program

AWTTE hosted buyers program provides exhibitors and buyers the chance to meet and network. The Hosted Buyers Program invites top international travel agencies and tour operators with special arrangements including:

• Commercial exposure on AWTTE website through searchable information
• PR and marketing appointments
• Dedicated meeting room at the AWTTE venue
• Travel and accommodations
• Meet and assist services at the Beirut International Airport
• Participation in AWTTE functions

AWTTE organizers will also offer an online scheduling service, which will allow participants to schedule meetings with Hosted Buyers in advance through an individual Buyer's Calendar that will be  posted at later stage in this section. This will offer participants the chance to meet with the buyers of their choice at a convenient time.

All meetings with hosted buyers will be executed in a dedicated meeting room at the exhibition venue and to facilitate networking with AWTTE exhibitors and visitors.
